Our next day flowers come with the same guarantees as our florist delivered items. The only different is they will be delivered through a postal system, be that a courier or Royal Mail. The flowers are mainly sent in the bud form, again to preserve the longevity of the stem. Once received, it is important that they are cared for to ensure that the flowers bloom as they should. From time to time our florists will need to substitute flowers and stems in order to fulfil the orders. In most cases you will be informed by a customer service agent prior to dispatch, but during busy periods such as, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day etc, the substitution will be carried out. In this case the flowers will be similar.
